Carto Canada 1200x300

Our operations, like many around the world, have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, and the actions taken to reduce its global spread.

CartoCanada fully supports the actions taken by our local health authorities. The safety and health of our employees, clients, friends, family and community is our biggest priority.

While we are currently open for business, we have taken proactive measures to ensure the safety of our frontline workers, clients, partners and families.

CartoCanada Operations

CartoCanada continues to be open for business. To ensure our frontline staff are protected, we have enacted additional sanitation, handling, storage and cleaning protocols for any shipment received or sent out. We encourage you to confirm office locations are open via phone and accepting customers before visiting as the situation is dynamic.

At this time, customers can visit, and we will practice appropriate social distancing. Any client that has been out of the country in the last 14 days, not feeling well, or have had interactions with any person that has been tested positive for COVID-19 are asked to find another mechanism to connect with us rather than visiting our offices. This follows Health Canada directives regarding hygiene, travel and self-quarantine, self-monitor situations.

Any staff that can work remotely will work remotely to reduce any spread. We will take advantage of remote work technology, and virtual demo/support technology to connect with our colleagues and clients to ensure their business continuity in however that applies. We will not visit any site, work or business unless absolutely necessary and all parties adhere to Health Canada recommendations.

Our support team continue to be available through and

We are available for shipping and receiving products and encourage our customers to use either the direct email to our Sales Representative or the online request for information through our website.

We promise to be responsive, timely to any requests. We will do our part in helping your business maintain itself.

We will continue to update you should any new information arise, or should the situation change dramatically. These are challenging times, but we as Canadians are strong, resilient and we will recover.
